Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first- and second-year full-time professionals. It's a team-based environment; and throughout your internship, your peers will be right by your side helping you learn, grow, and have fun.  This is a 10-12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company.

The Human Resources Intern will collaborate with the HR team-including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Generalists-to strategically support the Southern Louisiana Group.

This role is located at our Southern Louisiana Headquarters- 3850 N. Causeway Boulevard Ste 1800 Metairie, LA 70002-1752. 

Our Summer 2025 Human Resources Internship is full-time (40hr work week) with a pay range of $18hr - 20hr opportunity starting on May 27, 2025. 

Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Intern will collaborate with the HR team-including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR Generalists-to strategically support the Southern Louisiana Group.

During our internship, you'll use the skills you learn to complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Qualifications:

Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than December 2025.

Must be pursuing a degree in Business Management, Data Science, Analytics, or Economics or Marketing preferred 

Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Microsoft Excel Strong skills in Excel with regard to formulas, pivot tables and charting.

Microsoft SharePoint Experience utilizing SharePoint

Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.

No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must be able to commit to a minimum 10-12-week program 

Must be able to start in our orientation class on 5/27/2025.
