Reporting to the Associate Talent Development Partner, the Human Resources Specialist - Talent Development will assist with a variety of talent development projects that contribute to the achievement of top organizational goals and objectives, including leadership and project management training. This is a temporary, hourly, non-exempt position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Highly qualified remote (= distributed) employees willbe seriously considered.

Responsibilities:
Supports the Talent Development team with organizational strategy, projects, communications and compliance.
* Track weekly communications, schedule training sessions across multiple time-zones, update internal intranet program pages.
* Conduct data analysis and develop automated processes to track success metrics.
* Assist in the creation of training materials for various company initiatives.
* Provide administrative support with scheduling and coordinating in-person trainings.
* Help manage the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
* Utilize various tools, systems, software, and processes to support daily operations. Updates and maintains employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Participate in talent development meetings, projects, and events.
* Offer other administrative assistance in preparing reports, organizing and maintaining files, and managing internal and external communications.
* Support the team in various clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations, meetings, and events.
Qualifications:
* At least one (1) year of related experience
* Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Prior experience meeting deadlines
* Proactive communication with peers and leaders

An employee in this Phoenix, AZ-based position can expect a rate of $23.26/hour to $30.71/hour. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements, where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for wellness time.
