Overview:
Together, We Enhance Innovation and Growth
We're a fast-growing, national integrator with ~140 employees and a strong culture of collaboration, customer service, and doing things right. We're looking for a smart, well-rounded HR professional to build and lead our HR function-bringing structure, consistency, and cultural alignment to how we support and develop our people.
This is a rare opportunity for an HR leader with 5+ years of broad generalist experience to step into a leadership role with influence and impact - while being supported by a seasoned CHRO and an engaged, people-first CEO. You'll have room to grow, a clear voice at the leadership table, and the chance to shape what great HR looks like in a high-performance, no-blame culture.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
* Lead all HR operations and strategy for the business, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement.
* Be hands-on in executing day-to-day HR administration-including employee changes, leave tracking, documentation, and coordination of HR systems and tools.
* Serve as a trusted thought partner to managers-helping them coach, develop, and make smart, timely people decisions.
* Operate in a culture that prioritizes psychological safety and accountability-knowing how to move from development conversations to more formal processes with care and clarity.
* Design and roll out policies, employee communications, and people programs aligned with our culture and legal obligations.
* Reinforce and evolve our collaborative, customer-focused culture by championing values, behavior expectations, and feedback norms.
* Partner with support and centralized teams in areas such as recruiting to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Qualifications:
What You Bring
* 5+ years of progressive HR experience with depth in generalist work-employee relations, manager support, policy, and performance management.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
* PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to operate independently and influence senior leaders with insight, clarity, and professionalism.
* Strong problem-solving skills-you bring calm to complexity and structure to ambiguity.
* Excellent communication and judgment-you know how to read a room, coach through conflict, and write clearly and persuasively.
* Comfort working in a dual-reporting structure, aligning local priorities with best practices.
* A growth mindset-you're looking for a long-term path and value mentorship and partnership in your own development.
