Responsibilities:
Are you a Master's degree student looking for an Intership in Human Resources/People and Culture? Then this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, employee handbooks, welcome materials, orientation schedules, and ensuring departures are compliant, organized, and respectful
* Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, processing updates related to personal information, organizational changes, and employment status in a timely and precise manner
* Handle HR administrative documentation such as employment certificates, benefit letters, and official confirmations, ensuring consistency, confidentiality, and accuracy
* Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Facilities to align operational tasks, maintain data integrity, and support cross-functional initiatives
* Oversee communication with the SEPE, manage employee benefits platforms, and administer enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and providing support to employees
* Respond to employee inquiries and requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution, accurate tracking, and a high-quality People & Culture experience while continuously improving HR workflows and processes
Qualifications:
* Currently studying a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Solid understanding of HR Operations
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective communication skills
* Analytical mindset
* Excellent time-management abilities
* Customer-service-oriented approach
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English
* Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel
