Human Resources Coordinator ( HRC )

Full-Time | On-Site | M-F Days

Salary Range: $60K-$75K

Responsibilities:

As the HR Coordinator, you serve as the primary HR presence, coordinating the full scope of HR operations in close collaboration with centralized HR partners. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, balancing operational execution with relationship-building, and learning how HR strategy comes to life in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, ensuring high-quality execution across the employee lifecycle
* Partner closely with HR Shared Services to deliver seamless support in payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and HR administration
* Serve as a trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders
* Coordinate and support accurate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity
* Drive and support talent acquisition efforts, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and workforce planning support
* Maintain compliance with employment laws, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards
* Act as the local subject matter expert for benefits, policies, and HR processes
* Support employee relations needs with professionalism, discretion, and consistency
* Play an active role in building and sustaining a positive, high-performing workplace culture
* Contribute insights that help shape HR strategy and operational effectiveness at the hospital level

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or a combination of education and experience required   
* Two or more years of experience in Human Resources
* Competency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as computer applications relating to Human Resources Functions required    

Preferred Experience

* Exposure to a board range of functions required. Previous HR experience in a health care facility with exposure to Joint Commission, and CMS preferred
* Familiarity with benefit administration, basic HR functions, Payroll Administration, and state and federal employment laws
* Must be detail-oriented with expertise in problem solving, observation, group dynamics, and interpersonal relations
