Responsibilities:
* Development of an associate-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance
* Partner with HR Leadership on cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives
* Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of company policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices
* Manage and track employee relations cases, conducting initial fact-finding or note-taking during investigations with guidance from the RHRM
* Maintain accurate and compliant associate records and documentation, ensuring audit readiness
* Coordinate and facilitate portions of HR related training sessions for associates and managers.
* Provide guidance on performance management processes, supporting managers with documentation, feedback tools, and process adherence
* Analyze data and prepare reports to identify trends in turnover, engagement, or employee relations, recommending potential solutions or process improvements.
* Serve as an HR contact for assigned departments, providing consistent and accurate guidance on HR policies, programs, and best practices.
* Ensure company compliance with all existing federal, state, and local government agencies.
* Administration of HR Programs such as Unemployment, Associate Onboarding, and HRIS Ticketing Systems in a timely, efficient manner
* Monitors all workers' compensation cases, follows up on open cases as appropriate.

Physical Requirements:
* May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
* Must be able to read documents, computer screens, and data
* Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
* May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
* Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
Work Environment:
* This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate offices three or four days per week, based on managers' discretion.
* The office is an open setting, which may include bright lights, constant noises, and distractions
