Overview:
To ensure that Housekeeping services provided to guests is in accordance with Omni La Costa standards of service.
Responsibilities:
Include the following:
* Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of the housekeeping team members.
* Responsible for aiding with scheduling, payroll, project management, ordering and receiving.
* Daily walkthroughs of public area spaces and guest accommodation inspections according to standards.
* Ensure that safety procedures are being followed according to Omni standards.
* Other duties may be assigned.

* Prefer previous hotel supervisor experience overseeing a union team
* Prefer bilingual, English, and Spanish.

Annual Salary Range: $68,640.00k - $73,897.71k
The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience
