Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant for the beautiful Interlocken Hotel!

Omni Interlocken Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Lobby Attendant to join our outstanding housekeeping team! This vital role will work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to successfully execute all operations relating to the lobby and common areas, resulting in high levels of guest satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will be responsible for maintaining the levels of cleanliness and sanitization of the public areas and restrooms as well as assist with any guest calls, housekeeping requests, and turndown services.

Salary for this position starts at (based on experience): $19.00/hour. Full Time Associates at Omni Interlocken Resort are entitled to elect the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits, Paid Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. Omni Interlocken Resort reserves the right to pay more or less than listed compensation scale based on factors not related to sex or race.

Responsibilities:

* To ensure that the lobby, restrooms, and public areas are maintained, debris free, and sanitized frequently 
* To assist in servicing the pool/fitness area when needed
* To ensure the guest room corridors and stairwells remain debris free
* Assist in any housekeeping amenity requests - towels, toiletries, rollaway beds, etc.
* Conduct VIP turn down services and provide housekeeping services upon request
* Assist with any special projects as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or member of the Leadership team. 
* Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order

Qualifications:

* Strong attention to detail
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a time
* Ability and willingness bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 50 lbs.
* Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule which includes working nights, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests
