Overview:
Responsible for maintaining assigned Housekeeping areas, ensuring they are clean and fully stocked. Also services designated public areas to meet Omni Standards.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure assigned linen room closets are stocked at par.
* Empty guest room area (GRA) linens and garbage hourly or as needed.
* Keep chute rooms clean and orderly.
* Remove trays from guest floors.
* Maintain cleanliness of corridors on guest room floors.
* Keep areas around vending machines clean.
* Move furniture upon request.
* Complete guest requests promptly.
* Follow proper linen receiving and delivery procedures.
* Perform all other duties as requested by management.
* Ensure work areas are clean and free of standing water, debris, or any objects that may obstruct safe, efficient, and effective job performance.
Qualifications:
* Able to maintain a 4-Diamond level of service.
* Capable of collaborating with Management on special projects.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds without assistance.
* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, including entire work shifts.
* Must perform repetitive motions as required by job duties.
