Overview: We are in search of a diligent Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting, as well as restocking and replacing used items within guest rooms. The role involves communicating the clean status of each room upon completion, removing room service trays and tables, and ensuring the supply cart is stocked and well-organized. Additionally, the Housekeeper will check all equipment before and after use to ensure it's in good working order and respond to hotel guests efficiently and in a friendly manner. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Thoroughly clean guest rooms including: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting * Restock and replace used items within guest rooms * Communicate clean status of each room upon completion * Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms * Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times * Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order * Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong attention to detail * Strong customer service skills * Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a time * Ability and willingness bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 20 lbs. * Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred * Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays * Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available Omni Hotels & Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer. *Terms and conditions apply to Sign On Bonus.
