Overview: Provides high levels of cleanliness, quality, and service to patients, families and customers. Schedule: (Full time) 2nd shift, 4:00pm-12:30am, Rotataing weekends and holidays Location: Behavioral Health Pavilion 444 Butterfly Gardens Drive Columbus, Ohio 43215 United States Responsibilities: * Performs routine cleaning and coordinates with management to address and resolve facility maintenance, service issues and other concerns. * Demonstrates knowledge of 10 Step Cleaning Process and appropriate chemical use to meet department standards. * Practices proper methods of Infection Control in conjunction with cleaning procedures. Demonstrates proper use and knowledge of PPE and door precautions. * Maintains closet, housekeeping cart and cleaning equipment in clean, orderly and good working condition. * Maintains department's standards of practice as evidenced by quality control inspections and customer feedback. Note: Regular, reliable, and consistent attendance is an essential job function. Employees are expected to perform work as scheduled. Please see the physical requirements for this position listed below. Qualifications: KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Education: * High School graduate or equivalent, required. Certifications: * Successful completion of TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) requirements during orientation process or within 30 days of hire. Must maintain throughout employment Experience: * Previous housekeeping experience, preferred Skills: * Demonstrate high degree of proficiency in the 10 Step Cleaning Process. * Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. * Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-task. * Displays positive customer service skills and promotes a team atmosphere.
