Responsibilities:
As a House Supervisor, you will be a central orchestrator of care, empowering our frontline nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive operational excellence.

Your exceptional communication will shine in 1:1 interactions with physicians, consultants, and family advocates, as you skillfully navigate challenging conversations to ensure optimal performance and patient outcomes.
* Responsible for supervising nursing units in the absence of unit managers.
* Active participant of calculating and monitoring Hours Per Patient Days along with acuity of patients, in relationship to staffing units accurately, safely, and cost effective under the direction of the unit manager.
* Utilizes nursing personnel effectively, assists with required scheduling, staffing and assignments, and collaborates with other department managers/supervisors/charge to ensure smooth coordination of services to patients, enhances patient flow within the facility, and efficient admission/discharge/transfer processes
* Receives report from off-going shift, give report to oncoming shift, and makes rounds
* Open on-going dialog with unit managers.
* Practices safe work habits, compliance with safety rules and regulations, and adheres to safety policies
Qualifications:
Required
* Associate Of Nursing, upon hire and
* 4-6 years RN Experience, upon hire and
* Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and
* Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support, upon hire and
Preferred
* Bachelors Of Nursing, upon hire and
* 1-3 years Leadership experience, upon hire
* Trauma Nurse Core Course, upon hire
