We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Per Diem Hospitalist to join our team. As a Per Diem Hospitalist, you will lend support to our team of 20+ hospitalists and provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting, ensuring optimal outcomes in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

About your new role:

* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care during day and overnight shifts.

* Work at a single hospital location, Northridge Hospital Medical Center, a well-regarded 424-bed acute care facility.
* Benefit from a closed ICU, ensuring a focused and manageable scope of practice.

* Compensation range: $1690.00 to $1890.00 per 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities:

* Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
* Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
* Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

Qualifications:

* A valid and unrestricted California medical license
* Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
* Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
