Responsibilities: As our PRN Hospitalist Physician you will help Dignity Health Medical Group patients receive expert inpatient care so they can achieve optimal health outcomes and recovery. In this role you will deliver direct patient care for complex internal medicine conditions, ranging from diabetes management to critical illness intervention. You will be expected to perform inpatient consultations, efficiently discharge patients from emergency and clinical decision units, and contribute to the education of medical students and residents, ensuring the highest standards of clinical competency and continuous learning within a leading medical center. To be successful in this role, you must possess extensive experience in managing a high-acuity patient census, a strong commitment to quality improvement initiatives, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team.
