Responsibilities: Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, a physician-led, patient-centered organization, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist to join our well-established, collegial team in beautiful Santa Cruz, California. This opportunity will be based at Dominican Hospital. Opportunity Highlights * Collaborative, supportive team environment with strong physician leadership * Open ICU with no procedures or codes required (optional procedures if desired) * Additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation * Emphasis on quality of care and physician autonomy * Opportunity to precept and mentor APPs and residents Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary: $338,121 annually * Productivity-based bonus potential * Sign-on Bonus: $60,000 * Relocation Assistance: $20,000 * Residency Signing Stipend: $18,000 * Full suite of benefits including: * Shareholder Track * 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage * Employer-sponsored pension and 401(k) with matching * CME allowance * Malpractice coverage * PSLF-eligible employer Qualifications: * MD or DO * Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA) * California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) * Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
