Responsibilities:

Under supervision, the Certified Home Health Aide provides direct patient care as ordered and supervised by the Case Manager in a safe, courteous, and professional manner. Reports unusual signs
or symptoms of the client to the supervising RN in a timely manner. May be asked to demonstrate competence in caring for clients at all stages of physical and mental development. Is required to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Qualifications:

Minimum Licensure:

Home Health Aide Certification; CPR Certification; Must have current California driver's license , clean driving record with
proof of liability insurance for automobile.

Preferred Experience:

Prefer hospice or home health experience, but will train.
