Qualifications:

Job Summary
The Home Office Events Specialist plays a vital role in creating a vibrant and organized workplace culture. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing engaging events for our Home Office employees, managing office logistics and partnering with office stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of shared meeting spaces.

Roles and Responsibilities

*  Organizes and executes internal events such as Corporate Games, Holiday Parties, Family Fun Day, Birthday Parties, the Annual Employee Services Meeting, and other recognition events.

*  Maintains and manages conference rooms and event calendars, ensuring readiness for meetings and training sessions.

*  Manages relationships and logistics with hotels, caterers, and other vendors to support travel and event needs.

*  Coordinates onboarding breakfasts and lunches, and supports special group visits to the office.

*  Manages seasonal office decorations and contributes to a welcoming office atmosphere.

*  Handles orders for events and office needs.

*  Manages the Corporate Office card and tracks purchases for accountability which includes importing and tracking receipts for departmental purchases.

*  Orders catering for non-Home Office employees and special visiting groups.

*  Manages the Holiday Schedule and internal communications for the Home Office.

*  Supports special projects as assigned by the Manager of Events and Workspace Experience.

*  Oversees Swag portal for employee recognition and retirement gifts.

*  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: 1-3 years

Licenses and Certifications
A valid, unrestricted driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
