Overview: The Home Healthcare Scheduling Manager will assist with hiring, orienting, and functional oversight of a team of professional and paraprofessional employees accountable for triaging and prioritizing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes in conjunction with physician orders. Ensures adherence to practice standards, appropriate utilization of services, compliance with federal and state regulations and agency policies in assigning care and triaging patient s needs. Provides oversight for staff scheduling and ensures staff skills match client needs. Ensures appropriate team coordination, geographical sensibility and communication with the physician, interdisciplinary team and managers as appropriate. Utilizes business knowledge and agency objectives to proactively identify staffing requirements and initiate the hiring of proficient caregivers.
