Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED
* CNA- Completion of 75, 120, or 150 hour Certified Nursing Assistant Pgm
* Must be in-State C.N.A. Registry.
* HHA- successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
* CNA- One year of Certified Nursing Aide-Home Health Hospice.
* HHA- One year home health aide, patient tech or other related experience and/or passes CHI Health at Home's competency evaluation program (Medicare regulation)
