Responsibilities:

* As our Histology Technician, you will help St Joseph's Clinical Laboratory, supporting the Medical Center's various service lines provide accurate laboratory results so they can insure optimal diagnosis and patient treatment through excellence, innovation, expertise, and technology
* Every day you will perform primary duties in the surgical pathology area. You will be expected to include frozen section preparation, accessioning, specimen transport, archive management, cytology preparation, and assisting during specimen gross examination.
* To be successful in this role, you must fully understand and actively participate in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.

Qualifications:

Required
HS/GED Diploma.
