At CommonSpirit Mountain Region, we believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness.

Responsibilities:

As a physician-facing organization, our Physician Group is dedicated to delivering high-value, high-quality care across the communities we serve. We provide robust support-including supply chain expertise, technology training, contracting, centralized credentialing, and financial modeling-so physicians can focus on patient care. Physicians are expected to practice at or above community standards, within their scope of expertise, and in alignment with the ethical principles of the American Medical Association and relevant specialty boards.

Work within an evidence-based oncology model supported by leadership committed to expanding a comprehensive cancer program. You'll have access to disease-specific tumor boards, a growing portfolio of oncology clinical trials, and a strong network of integrated cancer care services. This opportunity includes competitive physician compensation and benefits and the lifestyle advantages of Colorado's highly desirable Front Range, known for its outdoor recreation, quality of life, and physician-friendly communities.

As a Hematology Oncology Physician you will:

* Provide care for a broad spectrum of solid tumor and hematologic malignancies within a dynamic hematology oncology program
* Contribute to oncology care innovation, cancer program development, and clinical excellence initiatives
* Collaborate closely with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, palliative care, and multidisciplinary cancer care teams
* Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care using evidence-based oncology practices
* Build and grow your practice with strong physician autonomy in a supportive health system environment
* Practice with the backing of CommonSpirit Health, leveraging robust resources, stability, and a mission-driven healthcare organization
