Responsibilities:
Hematology/Oncology - San Luis Obispo, CA
As our Hematologist/Oncologist, you will join the high-quality oncology team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health, providing passionate, community-based care in beautiful San Luis Obispo, CA.
You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care within a premier opportunity part of a Commission on Cancer (CoC) and NAPBC accredited program, leveraging an established service line with a strong existing referral base and collaborative relationships with community-based specialists. You will have access to state of the art resources and dedicated care teams.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified, fellowship-trained Hematologist/Oncologist with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment with onsite Nurse Navigators, a dedicated Cancer Resource Center, and multidisciplinary Cancer Committees.
We are offering a highly competitive compensation package, including a competitive base salary of $525,000 annually, plus productivity and eligibility for an annual quality bonus. Qualifications:
* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
* Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
* Fellowship trained in Hematology/Oncology
* Active or eligible license in the state of California
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
