Overview:

This is a hybrid role with a rotating onsite schedule at our office in Villanova, PA.
Being an Information Systems Support at Devereux has its Advantages
You will provide superior customer service to users across the country as you:
* Create tickets to clearly document technical issues and resolutions
* Assist PC users by helping to identify and resolve problems
* Train PC users how to use software
* Collaborate and communicate with co-workers
* Perform troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and installation of software and hardware on desktop, laptop, networking and telecommunications systems including data, video and voice
* Research, escalate and perform problem determination and resolution
* Participation in special IT projects and requests
The Information Systems Support position provides technical services and support to network users for but not limited to devices such as laptops, desktop PCs, mobile phones, desk VoIP phones, tablets, video conferencing equipment, security cameras and applications including Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. This individual will provide support via the Help Desk ensuring quality resolutions. In addition, they will develop technical documentation and conduct trainings for user groups and collaborate with a variety of teams to determine and translate needs into technical outcomes.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS or related field. Equivalent of one year of applicable technical support experience may be considered as a substitute for formal education.
* Must have solid IT problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge.
* Must be articulate and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Help Desk support experience preferably in last six months.
* Requires an ability to be adaptable, flexible, and change activities quickly according to business needs.
* Prior experience in Client Support helpful.
