Overview: As the Heavy Transport Branch Manager for Mammoet Australia, you will step into a pivotal leadership role within a global industry leader known for delivering some of the world's most complex and iconic heavy lifting and transport solutions. At Mammoet, we combine innovation, expertise and a commitment to safety to help our customers achieve the extraordinary. Based at our Naval Base, WA operation, you will be a hands-on senior manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day performance while driving the strategic growth of our Heavy Transport team. You will empower, support and inspire a dedicated workforce, strengthen our customer relationships and identify new business opportunities that elevate our presence across Australia. Responsibilities: * Leading, influencing and motivating your team through strong people skills * Ensuring compliance with industry best practices, performance standards and specifications * Overseeing financial processes, identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies * Identifying, developing and promoting new business opportunities * Championing continuous improvement initiatives * Travelling interstate and locally as required Qualifications: * You bring at least 5 years of proven Heavy Lift and Transport experience to this role * Strong safety leadership qualities * Strong understanding of heavy lift and transport logistics, equipment handling, and operational requirements * Prior people management and leadership experience, and a passion for coaching and mentoring * Strong commercial acumen and sales capability * Knowledge of change management process, industry relevant department systems and MS Office suite * Ideally, a background that includes having worked in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
