Supports data collection for appropriate TVT Registry. Serves as a resource and contact for program to facilitate the collaboration and coordination of patient care services to provide the highest level of care possible. Primary role is that of an expert nurse with essential education, consultation and researcher role. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience Associate or Bachelor's degree Graduate of an accredited nursing program Required Licensure and Certifications Nursing license BLS ACLS Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training BSN or Master's Degree preferred. Certification in specialty or related area preferred.
