				Overview:

Our Sales team advocates for our products and the customers they serve. We've built a loyal customer base by selling consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

This position will lead our finance and resource planning team for strategy, planning, and execution for day-to-day operations along with strategic initiatives.  You will be a key member of the Direct Sales leadership team and will be responsible for managing a sizable budget and ensuring that output meets our cost per unit economics through diligent resource planning and structured variable incentive plans. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the full financial lifecycle for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI development, and executive financial reporting to drive strategic decision-making

* Partner with executive leadership to translate complex financial, operational, and workforce data into clear, actionable insights that guide enterprise priorities and performance outcomes

* Oversee call forecasting, capacity planning, staffing models, and resource allocation strategies to ensure service level excellence, operational efficiency, and SLA adherence across all sites

* Design, govern, and optimize performance-based compensation, recognition, incentive, and engagement programs aligned to organizational strategy and performance objectives

* Serve as the primary financial and strategic liaison between Direct Sales and enterprise partners, including Corporate Finance, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Internal Audit, and CXO leadership

* Champion Gen AI, automation, and advanced technologies while developing high-performing leaders and teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and alignment with the EchoStar Way

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management (MBA preferred)
* 10+ years of experience in financial, business, and/or operations leadership roles

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams that operate with confidence, accuracy, and agility

* Expertise in managing large budgets, complex data environments, and enterprise-scale, cross-functional financial initiatives

* Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI), with exposure to AI-driven analytics

* Exceptional ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable, executive-level insights through strong analytical and storytelling skills

* Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing emerging leaders while building high-performance cultures

* Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, and partnership-building capabilities, with a results-driven mindset in fast-paced environments
