Responsibilities:

Managing multi-site manufacturing, engineering, and machine shop operations requires overarching technical strategy to streamline facility infrastructure and reduce operational costs. Modern industrial operations depend on high-uptime automated equipment, robust CMMS practices, and optimized distribution logistics across multiple locations. This role drives advanced manufacturing engineering, strengthens asset integrity management, and provides technical leadership to executive stakeholders while scaling capacity for future business growth.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

* Set the technical vision and strategic roadmap for manufacturing engineering, maintenance operations, and machine shops across five locations
* Drive process optimization, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and Six Sigma strategies to enhance operational capabilities and lower overall costs
* Ensure facility infrastructure and hardware capacity scale effectively to support long-term enterprise expansion
* Manage asset integrity and CMMS maintenance lifecycles to maximize overall equipment effectiveness and eliminate operational downtime
* Apply AI-driven predictive maintenance modeling and analytics to forecast capacity requirements, optimize asset lifecycles, and streamline operational reporting
* Present technical strategies, progress, and risk management plans clearly to C-level executives and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications:

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

* Critical experience leading multi-site engineering teams, maintenance technician groups, and machine shop staff in large-scale industrial manufacturing environments
* Advanced proficiency in process engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
* Deep understanding of plant operations, facility infrastructure management, automated manufacturing systems, and industrial shipping practices
* Strong skills in executive presentation, strategic communication, financial and operational report analysis, and complex problem-solving under fast-paced conditions
* Practical AI application skills to automate data interpretation, enhance predictive maintenance frameworks, and accelerate operational decision-making
* Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire high-performing teams, manage inter-departmental dependencies, and drive continuous performance improvement

Additional Qualifications:

* Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

Minimum Requirements:

* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
* Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience leading engineering or manufacturing operations in a large-scale industrial environment
* Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 10 years of experience with:
* Plant operations and automated manufacturing system management
* Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and asset integrity lifecycles
* Process engineering using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
