The Head of Digital Product Growth leads the transformation of digital acquisition funnels to drive consistent activation growth across our mobile brands. This role solves the problem of complex "Digital-to-Physical" handoffs by turning technical mobile infrastructure into invisible, seamless user experiences. By fostering a culture of high-velocity testing and cross-functional alignment, they bridge the gap between ambitious growth visions and high-impact technical execution.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
* Ownership of order and activation targets through relentless feature innovation and funnel optimization
* Leadership of a high-performing team of Product Managers and UX Designers focused on data-driven empathy
* Delivery of frictionless activation journeys for eSIM and BYOD users to accelerate time-to-value
* Execution of high-velocity testing via Adobe Target to yield strategic, long-term business insights
* Translation of complex growth visions into executable requirements for high-priority technical shipping
* Implementation of AI-driven analytics to automate friction detection and enhance funnel conversion rates
Qualifications:
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
* Expertise in navigating matrixed organizational structures and influencing roadmaps through data-driven business cases
* Proficiency in scaling high-volume eCommerce platforms, specifically within subscription or recurring revenue models
* Mastery of user-centric design principles to transform complex back-end "plumbing" into intuitive digital journeys
* Strong executive presence and communication skills required to defend product visions to C-suite stakeholders
* Advanced AI literacy with the ability to apply machine learning for predictive funnel analytics and personalization
* Critical experience leading growth-focused product teams and mentoring mid-level leadership through organizational scale
* Deep analytical expertise in synthesizing experimental results into actionable, long-term strategic roadmaps
Additional Qualifications
Successful candidates will typically have:
* Experience with the Digital-to-Physical handoff, specifically SIM/device ordering and digital activation
* Mobile industry knowledge encompassing IMEI checks, SIM provisioning, and porting processes
Minimum Requirement
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management
* Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
* Growth, e-commerce, or Conversion Rate Optimization
* Direct management of Product Managers and Senior UX Designers
* Adobe Target or similar high-velocity testing platforms
