Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-obsessed leader to serve as the Head of DISH Acquisition. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and long-term profitability for the DISH TV brand. * Define and monitor top-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the entire acquisition funnel, partnering with Finance and Analytics to build sophisticated forecasting and media mix models that inform investment decisions and predict business outcomes
* Work-cross functionally with IT, Sales, Finance and other teams to develop, launch and test recommended new offers and strategies to increase acquisitions and profitability

* Provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction for the direct mail program, managing a sizable budget, end-to-end execution and executive reports and presentations
* Oversee the credit pre-qualification program, leveraging data partners to precisely target high-value households while driving a rigorous A/B testing agenda within the mail channel to continuously optimize creative, offers, and segmentation for profitability improvements
* Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth
* Influence a matrix of channel managers and partners (internal and external) to execute your strategic vision and foster a culture of performance and accountability
* Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, feedback, and support for success and development

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 8+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, customer acquisition, or growth marketing for a consumer-facing brand

Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven track record of developing and executing a successful full-funnel acquisition strategy with P&L responsibility
* Experience managing large, multi-channel marketing budgets with a demonstrated ability to allocate capital effectively to drive results

* Exceptional financial acumen, with experience managing a full marketing P&L and a deep understanding of customer lifetime value (LTV), subscriber acquisition cost (SAC), and payback periods
* Deep understanding of both offline (Direct Mail, TV) and online (SEM, Social, Programmatic) marketing channels and how they work together to drive growth
* Significant experience in direct response marketing is highly desirable, with hands-on expertise in direct mail a strong plus
* World-class analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategy
* Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal
