We are looking for a visionary marketer to solve the challenge of launching a brand that simplifies the complex and earns the trust of a skeptical consumer base. You will bridge the gap between technical network specs and human-centric benefits, ensuring our "Brand Promise" is felt at every customer touchpoint. By building a new team from the ground up and securing C-suite advocacy, you will transform a nationwide launch into a market-disrupting success story.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):
* Define a unique brand purpose grounded in consumer insights to bring our vision to life across all nationwide consumer touchpoints
* Lead internal and external agencies to produce creative that breaks through traditional wireless tropes and drives high-funnel awareness and performance
* You will oversee the messaging architecture for plan structures and customer onboarding to ensure the product experience matches the marketing promise
* Orchestrate large-scale media budgets across TV, OTT, Digital, and OOH, hitting critical reach and frequency metrics to stay top-of-mind
* Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate 5G latency and spectrum technicalities into relatable consumer benefits
* Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate creative testing and consumer sentiment analysis, driving faster iteration and higher marketing ROI

Additional Qualifications:
Successful candidates will typically have a background in launching or pivoting major consumer brands, preferably within the CPG or high-growth tech sectors. You have a track record of taking complex service offerings and distilling them into simple, "thumb-stopping" creative. We value experience in managing high-performing teams through the ambiguity of a "Day 1" launch environment and the ability to mentor emerging leaders as the department expands.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in brand marketing roles.
* Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 10 years of experience with:
* Full-funnel marketing strategy and execution
* Large-scale media budget management
* Directing creative agencies and production houses
