Overview: Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. They ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support their success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company's well-oiled onsite operation. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Assist journeyman and master HVAC personnel in installation, repair, and service of equipment * Fabricate, assemble, and install duct work and chassis parts * Cut, bend, fit, thread and join piping and tubing * Daily checks of equipment on-site * Install air and water filters * Connect, adjust, and troubleshoot temperature control systems * Lubricate fans, motors, and control units * Must be able to follow blueprints or engineering specifications * Perform general facilities maintenance tasks including snow removal when asked, cleaning and other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Education and Experience: * Education - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Experience - 3 or more years of relevant commercial HVAC job experience * Posses EPA Certification/CFC Licenses Skills and Qualifications: * Ability to read blueprints, interpret product specifications and drawings * Self-starting individual who has the ability to plan work activities and identify safety hazards * Basic computer skills are required * Able to work in hot/cold environments during all seasons and loud equipment rooms * Able to receive and understand verbal directions proficiently * Able to operate forklift and manlift * Able to work off ladders * Climb and crawl into tight and difficult spaces and be able to lift 50lbs or more Work Hours: * Day Shifts - 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, or Mon-Fri based on business needs Work Attire: * Business Casual
