Responsibilities:
We are seeking a strategic HRIS Systems Analyst to cultivate strong business relationships and oversee the daily operations of some of our HR technologies, including managing our recruiting system. A successful candidate will partner extensively with cross-functional teams, nurture key stakeholder relationships and drive the effective use and performance of our systems.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking systems expert at aligning technology with strategy to foster efficiency, innovation, and business results. This role will report within the HR Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technology Strategy & Implementation
* Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and overall system effectiveness
* Research and recommend emerging tools to improve operational performance
* Drive adoption and implementation of new and existing tools, system enhancements, and process improvements by gathering feedback
* Develop and deliver training resources to support end-users and maximize technology utilization
* System Administration & Optimization
* Provide governance over systems, ensuring user access, security, and data integrity
* Monitor and analyze system utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement
* Execute system updates and enhancements, configurations, and troubleshooting
* Integration & Process Automation
* Oversee system integrations and partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance
* Document and refine workflows to optimize functionality and scalability
* Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting as a primary technology partner and advisor for their system needs
* Provide insights on system performance and adoption to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration, HRIS, or a similar role
Skills and Qualifications:
* Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)
* Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting system data and performance metrics
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts effectively to business teams
* Familiarity with recruiting workflows and best practices is a plus
