Position Summary:

The HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, and continuous improvement of Bancroft's human resources information systems-primarily UKG. This role will partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure systems are configured to meet current and future business needs, improve efficiency, enhance data integrity, and support compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all UKG modules including Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Talent Management.
* Lead the ongoing design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of UKG system features and workflows.

* Collaborate with HR and department leaders to analyze business processes and optimize system use.

* Ensure data integrity through audits, reporting, and data governance best practices.

* Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.

* Oversee system upgrades, testing, and change management communications.

* Train HR staff and end users on new features and functionality.

* Serve as the primary liaison with UKG support and external consultants as needed.

* Maintain compliance with all applicable data privacy and labor laws.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field required.
* Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years hands-on UKG experience (required).

* Proven ability to lead HR system implementations or major upgrades.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and reporting tool skills.

* Exceptional communication and project management abilities.

* Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or behavioral health environments is a plus
