				Overview:

Responsibilities:

Carries out HRIS-related activities to assure accurate and up-to-date employee data records, produce complex reports and analyses, manage databases, and produce other special output. Uses additional software and web-based applications to provide support to other Human Resource related activities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

*  Working knowledge of full Microsoft Suite including Word, Access, Excel, and Power Point

*  Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills

*  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*  Ability to maintain integrity, confidentiality, and discretion at all times

*  Strong understanding of HR processes and data management

*  Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits-related laws and regulations

*  Basic knowledge of other human resource-related laws and regulations

Desired Qualifications:

*  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.

*  Knowledge of SQL programming language

*  SHRM Certification 

*  FPC or CPP Certification

*  Knowledge of UKG Pro system administration

*  Knowledge of symplr Workforce system administration

*  2+ years' experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, API)
