				Overview:

The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst is responsible for overall performance of all HRIS technology and providing associate support services including complex reporting, system upgrades & maintenance, timely solutions to service requests, and the ongoing analysis of systems to identify improvements and efficiencies.

This position is based in Dallas, TX at the Corporate office. 

Responsibilities:

* Research and resolve associate service requests received by ticketing system related to HRIS technology.
* Build complex reports in UltiPro/UKG using IBM Cognos.
* Configure HRIS technology (UltiPro/Kronos - UKG & dayforce) to comply with relevant federal, state, and county rules and regulations.
* Keep informed on current trends, developments, and best practices related to HRIS technology configuration and processes.
* Create job aids, guides, and documentation relevant to HRIS technology processes.
* Analyze and evaluate work methods, design and implement 'best practices' for HRIS & Payroll systems to effectively utilize technology to best enable the organization.
* Handle any system upgrades, releases, or enhancements.
* Monitor system performance to identify organizational needs and determine appropriate solutions.
* Work with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition departments to ensure cross-functional alignment at all times.
* Ensure data integrity and security for all systems.
* Develop and maintain interfaces, file feeds, imports, and exports for all systems.
* Liaison between Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and Corporate Accounting regarding any system issues.
* Provide required and ongoing training to field operation associates on system changes and best practices as needed.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Knowledgeable with the following HR technology systems: UKG (UltiPro), Kronos, dayforce.
* Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining complex business reports.
* Advanced skills in payroll computer systems, including payroll software, time and attendance systems, and applicant tracking system technology.
* Knowledge of relevant acts, regulations, policies and agreements relating to payroll administration, compliance issues, segregation of duties, current trends and developments in payroll.
* Statistical and forecasting methods used in payroll analysis and management.
* Strong configuration and integration knowledge with Kronos Workforce Central Version 8 and up.
* Ability to analyze and evaluate work methods, design and implement 'best practice' payroll systems and procedures. Effective utilization of computer equipment and software to perform duties.
* Analysis of payroll data and practices, applying relevant laws, regulations and principles.
* Experience with payroll and time and attendance upgrades.
* Ability to train others in specialized payroll practices and procedures.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* The ability to think critically to problem solve and work independently with minimum supervision.
* Good analytical abilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive data.
