				Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Leader, Global Talent Acquisition to drive our talent acquisition efforts across the Americas, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, India, and Asia. As we expand our global footprint, this strategic role will lead global recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier professionals in software engineering, solutions architecture, sales, product management, AI, cybersecurity, and business support functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global hiring, talent acquisition operations, and leading TA teams. This leader will collaborate with HR and business leaders to build a world-class talent pipeline that fuels our company's growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

* Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability, ensuring the team is equipped to support hiring across all levels, including executive recruitment.
* Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior and strategic roles across multiple regions.
* Scale and optimize global TA operations, ensuring streamlined processes and a consistent candidate experience.
* Implement data-driven processes, tools, and metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
* Utilize key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
* Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Talent Development to create a seamless and consistent experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
* Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to forecast hiring needs and develop a scalable and agile recruitment framework.
* Build and manage relationships with external recruiting partners, universities, and industry networks to strengthen our employer brand and talent pipeline.
* Leverage data analytics and recruitment technology to optimize hiring processes, improve candidate experience, and drive hiring efficiencies.
* Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and regulations across the Americas, EMEA, India, Africa, Asia, and LATAM.

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven track record of hiring technical and commercial talent across global markets.
* Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise solutions, cloud services, AI, and cybersecurity talent markets.
* Experience recruiting for software engineers, architects, sales professionals, business support roles, and product managers in the technology sector.
* Experience recruiting for professional services, consulting, and B2B technology environments.
* Strong understanding of global hiring practices, labor laws, and cultural nuances.
* Expertise in leading TA operations, including process improvement and technology implementation.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS platforms, including ICMS, and leveraging AI-driven hiring tools.
* Experience in recruiting for business process outsourcing (BPO) environments, professional services consulting, sales, and business support functions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling organization and adapt to shifting priorities.
