An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Responsibilities:

* Partners with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to support talent acquisition needs.

* Coordinates candidate interviews, offer letters, and background processes.

* Maintains job postings and candidate records within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).

* Develops sourcing strategies to engage a diverse talent pool, including outreach to community partners, colleges, and industry networks.

* Represents the company at job fairs and hiring events.

* Oversees pre-boarding workflows and ensures all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

* Coordinates and facilitates new hire orientation sessions, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up.

* Manages the onboarding checklist and HRIS entries for new hires, transfers, and promotions.

* Collaborates with other HR and operational departments to ensure seamless onboarding handoffs.

* Administers the employee gaming license process, including new hire applications, renewals, and follow-ups.

* Maintains accurate licensing records in the HRIS (Ultipro) and files all documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Ensures compliance with all employment laws, gaming regulations, I-9 processing, and work authorization documentation.

* Inputs and maintains team member records related to onboarding, orientation, and licensing.

* Assists with audits and data integrity across HRIS platforms.

* Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to onboarding, licensing, and hiring progress.

* Provides frontline support to new hires and team members regarding onboarding and licensing questions.

* Participates in training coordination and LMS (GreenLight) system support as needed.

* Minimum of one-year experience in a customer service position is required; previous experience working in Human resources is desired. 

* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook); iCIMS and Ultipro experience a plus. 

* Excellent verbal and written skills. 

* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. 

* Ability to multi-task and problem solve. 

* Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. 

* Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results. 

* Must approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential and helpful manner. 

* Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
