About this opportunity 

As HR Operations Representative you will be responsible for the communication and administration of programs, procedures and policies related to all functional areas of Human Resources including staffing, benefits, training, compensation, management reporting, employee transactions, employment documentation filing, data base and systems management.

In this role, you will  

* Manage daily tickets assigned in Zendesk, i.e., process in Workday as needed, communicate, and/or follow up with employee.
* Manage employee benefit enrollment and dis-enrollment with external insurance and/or pension vendors for the countries assigned. Check related invoices and partner with Payroll ensuring proper processing.
* Process absenteeism in Workday and check, process and/or submit any (legal) required documentation.
* Check vendor invoices on accuracy based on e.g., headcount reporting.
* Assist in HR Operations projects and identifies/reports areas for improvement, either systems or process related.
* Build productive internal/external relationships

In this role, you'll need   

* Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of related HR experience 
* Fluent in English and native German
* Team player, positive and resilient attitude
* Customer focused
* Ability to adapt and work under presure in a fast paced environment
* Preferably experience preparing documents for Works Council
