				Overview:

Are you a strategic HR leader ready to shape the future of a high-performing organization? At JBT Marel, we're looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR function at the Adlington site and act as a key partner to the leadership team within the Packaging business area (Prepared Foods division).

In this role, you'll drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives-ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the talent needed to achieve our business goals. You'll lead a dedicated HR team and oversee the full employee lifecycle, HR compliance, and cultural transformation in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities:

As a trusted advisor to the site's leadership team, you'll:

* Lead, coach, and inspire your local HR team (2 HR Business Partners and 1 HR Generalist).
* Align people strategy with business objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent, performance, and engagement.
* Oversee recruitment, development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
* Implement and adapt corporate HR strategies to meet local needs.
* Drive change management initiatives and support the implementation of new HR tools and processes.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
* Promote a strong internal communication culture and lead with integrity, clarity, and empathy.

You'll play a hands-on role in HR operations while maintaining a strategic perspective-helping shape a positive work culture and enabling business success.

Who You Are

You bring at least 5 years of HR experience in an international setting, including leadership of HR teams. You're confident, approachable, and results-driven-with strong communication skills, sound labor law knowledge, and a passion for driving positive change. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
