Responsibilities:
Role Purpose
Provide HR generalist support with a strong emphasis on regional recruitment and talent acquisition. The role ensures the delivery of effective hiring outcomes, supports administration across the employee lifecycle, and contributes to functional projects aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Strong Focus)
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
* Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social platforms, referrals, agencies) to attract diverse talent
* Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and employer brand representation
HR Generalist Support
* Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure effective integration of new hires
* Contribute to HR and TA projects and process improvements
* Support learning and development initiatives as required
Key Relationships
* Regional and site-based managers
* Central HR team
* External recruitment partners and agencies
Qualifications:
Skills & Experience
* 3-5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition role
* Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally across regional or multi-site environments
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to manage medium volume recruitment while maintaining quality outcomes
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
