Are you an HR professional ready to take on a dynamic, project-based challenge? Join Mammoet as an HR Coordinator - Recruitment & Onboarding for a one-year assignment, where you'll drive key initiatives that strengthen the recruitment and onboarding of our international workforce. In this temporary role, you'll collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, and line managers across different countries to ensure smooth and successful hiring and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll coordinate and execute initiatives covering the full journey from recruitment to onboarding across multiple regions. You'll identify opportunities to improve processes and communication and translate policy or legal requirements into practical solutions. When expert input is required, you'll engage the right stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality outcomes. Your focus will be on delivering impactful solutions that support Mammoet's ambitions in recruitment, onboarding, and learning.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide smooth, consistent recruitment support.
* Coordinate HR projects related to recruitment, onboarding, secondments, and international assignments.
* Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
* Manage project planning, communication, and reporting activities.
* Assess and optimize existing international employment processes, policies, and documentation.
* Collaborate closely with Recruitment, HR, International Mobility, and the Mammoet Academy.
* Develop practical tools and guidelines to support managers and employees ininternational employment situations.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency for international hires.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of HR experience, with proven expertise in international employment, workforce planning, or global HR operations.
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and cross-border employment requirements.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A structured, hands-on mindset and the ability to work independently on project deliverables.
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
