Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Provide stellar customer service to internal and external guests including assistance with online application.
* Accurately and efficiently complete filing in a timely manner.
* Accurately and efficiently complete projects as requested including but not limited to making labels, making copies, sending or receiving faxes.
* Provide service for internal and external guests such as notary duties, data entry and completion of documentation.
* Organize documentation relating to new hires, changes, and any and all other documentation required through the normal day to day human resource operations.
* Set up appointments for all scheduled events that take place in our hiring process, drug screen, badging and Gaming appointments and other related duties
* Assist in all aspects of day-to-day human resource operations as required or requested.
* Protect and safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of all information received through the normal course of business. 
* Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas.
* Ensure supplies and products are stocked as needed.
* Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed.
* Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
* One to two years experience in Human Resources or office setting preferred 
* Excellent presentation skills
* Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule
* Ability to handle multiple tasks
* Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
