Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

* Conducts investigations in accordance with company policy, procedures, state and federal laws.
* Assists in orderly filing of all employee information into active and term files.
* Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
* Participates in employee events and recognition programs; cross trains in employment, benefits, employee relations, and training.
* Provides direction for individuals seeking assistance with employee relations issues.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * A combination of experience or training will be considered.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Possess the ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to interact with employees within every level of the organization.
* High School Diploma or GED required. (Some college preferred)
* One to two years of Human Resources experience preferred.
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
* Ability to write business correspondence and training manuals.
* Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. 
* Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
