Responsibilities:

The HR Business Partner is the primary contact for company leaders and serves as a consultant in all areas of human resources. They are responsible for cultivating positive partnerships between HR and company leaders and developing integrated solutions.

Responsibilities include:

* Consults with company leaders to provide HR guidance in alignment with company policies, best
practices and federal and state law to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and
to build retention among employees.
* Provides day to day performance management guidance to employees and company leaders through
coaching, counseling, career development, training and disciplinary actions.
* Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective
investigations. Requests and reviews all performance counseling documentation to ensure compliance
with organization policies and best practices.
* Analyzes trends to develop solutions, programs and policies. Identifies training needs for business
units; develops and conducts training as needed; evaluates and monitors the success of training programs.
* Monitors mandatory education completion by partnering with management to issue reminders, suspensions and terminations.
* Works with leaders and Talent Acquisition team to develop recruitment strategies and programs to attract candidates.
* Partners with company leaders to complete all subpoena requests successfully and timely.
* Works closely with the company leaders, the Compensation Center of Excellence (COE), and the HRIS
team on the development of new or updated positions and job descriptions needed within the
organization.
* Creates and interprets organizational policies in alignment with the mission and vision of the organization.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
* Equivalent experience may be considered; four years of progressive HR experience where the skills and abilities needed to perform this job have been demonstrated.
* Four years human resources experience with knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compensation and payroll practices, and federal and state employment laws.
