Responsibilities:
* Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
* Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management;
* Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
* Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
* Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends;
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and
* Develop and present employee and management trainings;
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 - 6 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or ER Specialist;
* Knowledge of federal and state employment laws;
* Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
