Responsibilities:
* HR Business Partnering: collaborate with various functions across Belgium and other European countries
* Employee Relations & HR Processes: generate employment contract, manage HR Processes and address employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience
* Training & Development: contribute to the growth and development of our employees by supporting training initiatives and performance
* General HR Support: Engage in a variety of HR tasks and contribute to impactful projects
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
* 2-5 years of relevant HR experience, with a good understanding of employee relations
* Office based role with flexible working arrangements
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good level of Dutch and English language is required
