Responsibilities:

* You will maintain and update HR systems for employee information and time management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entries and deadline tracking
* You will manage employee files by handling contract amendments, updating records for current and former employees, and ensuring data accuracy
* You will be responsible for creating essential HR documents, such as employment contracts, certificates, and reports, while maintaining confidentiality
* You will provide administrative support in the recruitment and onboarding processes, assisting with scheduling, document creation, and onboarding preparations
* You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, shaping the candidate experience by arranging interviews and responding to candidate inquiries
* You will handle sensitive employee information with care and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
* You will collaborate with internal departments on HR-related needs to support smooth interdepartmental operations
* You will schedule and monitor health and safety appointments for employees to ensure compliance with occupational health requirements
* You will assist with HR projects and marketing initiatives under the guidance of HR Managers and Generalists, contributing to employee engagement and HR branding efforts
* You will manage communication with external bodies such as health insurance providers, social security offices, tax authorities, and immigration offices as needed

This position is office-based in London

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR / administrative role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
