Overview: Home Medical Equipment - Moline, IL HME Retail Sales Representative Full Time - 1.0 FTE Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities: * Provide Exceptional Customer ServiceGreet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner, coordinate incoming calls and referrals, and ensure prompt resolution of inquiries related to equipment, supplies, and services. * Support Patient Education and Equipment SetupInstruct patients, families, and caregivers on the proper use of medical equipment; prepare and assist with equipment delivery, setup, and troubleshooting; and maintain accurate product and insurance knowledge. * Manage Storefront Operations and Collaborate with AffiliatesRestock and maintain storefront inventory, process work orders and authorizations, and work closely with clinical staff and physicians to meet patient needs while promoting store sales and rentals. Qualifications: Education: * High school or vocational school graduate or an equivalent combination of education + experience. Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience ina sales or customer service role in the HME or similiar industry.
