Responsibilities:
* Maintain the Activity Concierge Desk as the information hub for guests of the resort
* Assist in creating and implementing an ongoing training program that will include experiencing Resort dining outlets and activities
* Implement MOS training monthly to ensure our associates are delivering the best guest experience possible
* Attended, Resume and Activities & Events meetings weekly in order to stay well informed of what is happing at the Resort and find out specific VIP and group needs ie, amenities, lift tickets, etc.
* Create staff schedules and maintain payroll based on occupancy
* Administer the departments payroll
* Maintain communication with all departments at the Resort
* Assure coverage of the Activity Concierge Desk at all times
* Assure the Activity Concierge Desk is stocked completely with the appropriate resort collateral (i.e. brochures, trail maps, etc.)
* Maintain a library of regional information (i.e. directions, dining options, etc.)
* Remain aware of resort dining schedules, events, etc. and be sure staff is kept up to date on all pertinent information
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED, plus one-year relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training, experience, and/or education.
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
* Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Must be attentive to detail.
* Must have excellent computer skills.
* Must be pleasant and friendly.
* Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Candidate must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
* Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
* Must be available for scheduling based on business demands to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
