				Overview:

The Guest Services Supervisor oversees staff and creates an atmosphere conducive to the prompt and efficient handling of all guest needs. 

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the Bell Captain and Concierge teams to establish a highly efficient workflow that consistently delivers outstanding service to our guests, enhancing their overall experience.
* Arrange alternate luggage area space during peak bag storage times.
* Be familiar with Opera and Microsoft Office.
* Train, motivate, and assess staff performance through Moments of Service.
* Liaise with Front Office and Housekeeping for details of groups and VIPs arrivals.
* Demonstrate and maintain 4-Diamond standards of service and daily.

* Greet all guests in a friendly and warm manner, welcoming them to the hotel.
* Follow all company policies and procedures, including hotel key policies.
* Responsible for a clean and neat appearance of uniform, wearing name tag.
* Strive to improve Medallia scores.
* Communicate to staff all future business demands as well as daily check-ins, check-outs, occupancy, in-house functions, and bus arrivals.
* Assist in resolving guest complaints and concerns.
* Schedule pre-arrival calls accordingly and spot checks proper execution
* Ensuring that there is always enough staff by organizing staffing schedules efficiently.
* Act as a link between guests and hotel management.
* Attend meetings with management to discuss problems and strategies for improvement.
* Ensure that all hotel policies are communicated and followed by staff.
* Enhance the guest experience by implementing improvements, such as offering special amenities or organizing events.
* Understand all emergency procedures.
* Complete other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year experience as Bellman/Driver is preferred. Previous supervisory experience is also preferred.
* Willingness to work extended hours when needed, depending on business demands.
* Willingness to work in various weather conditions. 
* Must be 21 years of age or older. 
* Must possess a valid Georgia driver license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment specimen test. 

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS: 

* Ability to stand for the duration of an entire shift.
* Ability to walk, run, bend, push, pull and lift moderate to heavy weight.
* Ability to run 200+ yards to retrieve valet car.
